Newhaven Youth FC, based on the South Coast of England, is home to more than 200 members. Like most grassroots clubs, its committee runs on volunteer hours — and those hours were increasingly going on registration paperwork and back-office admin rather than the club itself.
Like many growing grassroots clubs, Newhaven Youth FC faced the administrative weight that comes with 200+ members. Club officials were losing significant time to manual registration and back-office tasks, while keeping compliance consistent across a large, active membership was an ongoing challenge.
Newhaven Youth FC came on board with TFP in September 2025, starting with player registrations and core club administration.
