London FA supports over 941 affiliated clubs, 6,454 teams, and 78,744 registered players across the capital. As a TeamFeePay County FA Partner, London FA has seen how the right platform – combined with the right support – can transform the way clubs operate day to day.
Grassroots football is the foundation of every football career, and London FA knows that the volunteers who make it possible are stretched thin. Their focus is on three things: helping clubs expand and involve their workforce, improving financial sustainability, and reducing the administrative burden that so often falls on a handful of people. TeamFeePay directly addresses all three – bringing membership fees, registrations, safeguarding, and communications into one secure platform, replacing the spreadsheets and fragmented processes that many clubs still rely on.
The partnership works because TeamFeePay understands the grassroots environment. With data held securely in one place, accessible to multiple club officials, and integrated with FA registration systems, volunteers spend less time on duplication and more time on football.
For clubs looking to generate income, manage a facility, or simply get on top of their finances, the platform offers tools that make a real difference. London FA and TeamFeePay are working together to ensure every club across the capital has the structure and support it needs to thrive.
Liverpool FA oversees one of the country’s most active grassroots football communities, supporting 470 clubs, 3,400 teams, and over 33,000 players across the county. With a network of that scale, helping clubs operate efficiently, sustainably, and in line with safeguarding requirements is a significant undertaking. TeamFeePay has become a key partner in that mission — giving clubs the tools to manage their finances, administration, and compliance in one place, and freeing up the volunteers who make grassroots football possible.
FC Abbey Meads was formed in 2003 and has grown into a large grassroots club with over 40 teams. For years, collecting and reconciling payments meant a monthly ritual of bank statements, handwritten checklists, and chasing parents for missing subs. TeamFeePay put an end to all of that — and gave the club’s administrators their time back.
Manchester FA supports over 420 affiliated clubs, 3,500 teams, and 60,000 participants across Greater Manchester. As one of TeamFeePay’s County FA Partners, they’ve seen first-hand how the right technology – backed by the right people – can transform the way grassroots clubs operate.

TeamFeePay has become the platform that holds everything together, from training and match organisation to payments, tournaments, and membership management.

When the club was introduced to TeamFeePay, it quickly became clear the platform could offer significantly more than their existing solution. From payment automation to centralised safeguarding records and coach scheduling tools, the switch has given the club’s administrators confidence, clarity, and peace of mind.
