TeamFeePay Named Northern Ireland’s fastest-growing firm in the 2026 UK Fast Growth Index

TeamFeePay Named Northern Ireland’s fastest-growing firm in the 2026 UK Fast Growth Index

Belfast based business also ranked 75th in the UK Top 200.

27th October, 2026

TeamFeePay, the club management platform built by football people for Grassroots Football clubs, has been named the fastest-growing firm in Northern Ireland in the 2026 UK Fast Growth Index.

The Belfast business, founded in 2021, also ranks 75th in the Index’s UK Top 200, placing it among the fastest-growing independent businesses anywhere in the country, five years after it started.

The UK Fast Growth Index, run by Ideas Community in partnership with UBS, ranks independent businesses by turnover growth over two years, with figures verified against Companies House data or by each firm’s accountants. The 2026 Index recognises 350 businesses (the top 50 in each of the UK’s seven nations and regions) which together more than doubled their combined turnover, from £4.3 billion to £10.2 billion, in two years.

The recognition comes in the same week TeamFeePay was named in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Ireland 2026.

Behind the ranking are the clubs. Treasurers, coaches and committee volunteers across the UK and Ireland have moved their subs, registrations and fundraising onto TeamFeePay, so the evenings they used to spend chasing payments go back into the football. Every club works with a dedicated account manager, a football person themselves, on hand evenings and weekends.

Liam McStravick, Founder & CEO of TeamFeePay, said:

“Being named the fastest-growing company in Northern Ireland and ranked among the top 75 fastest-growing businesses in the UK is a fantastic achievement for a Belfast company that’s only five years old. We founded TeamFeePay because we’d experienced the challenges ourselves. As players, coaches and volunteers, we’d seen too many good people spending their evenings chasing payments, updating spreadsheets and dealing with admin instead of enjoying football. This recognition belongs to the clubs that trusted us to solve that problem, and to our team, many of whom know exactly what a Tuesday night at a grassroots football club looks like because they live it themselves. We’re incredibly proud to be building a technology business from Belfast that is making a real difference to clubs across the UK, Ireland and Europe.”

Professor Dylan Jones-Evans OBE, founder of the UK Fast Growth Index, added:

“TeamFeePay is a great example of the extraordinary talent and ambition we see in businesses across every part of the UK. Earning a place on this year’s Index, alongside firms that have together more than doubled in size in just two years, is a remarkable achievement, and the whole team should be very proud. At a time when we hear so much about the challenges facing the UK economy, businesses like TeamFeePay show what is possible when they are given the chance to grow. The challenge now is to help more of them become those incredible high-growth businesses that make a massive impact across the country.”

Grassroots Football clubs are under more pressure than ever, on their finances and on the volunteers holding them together. TeamFeePay’s focus is giving those clubs the technology and support they need to build a sustainable future. TeamFeePay now supports more than 2,000 clubs across the UK, Ireland and expanding it’s growth across Europe.
