TeamFeePay Announce Partnership Renewal with Somerset FA

TFP is delighted to announce the renewal of its partnership with Somerset FA, continuing to support grassroots clubs across the county as part of a long-term strategic partnership focused on club development, governance, facilities development and sustainability.

As an Official Somerset FA Club Support Partner, TFP aligns with Somerset FA’s work supporting over 400 clubs and 2,000+ teams across the county. As part of the renewed agreement, TFP will become Headline Sponsor of three Somerset FA County Cups for 2026/27, spanning across Youth and Women’s competitions, including the Women’s Junior Cup and Boys’ U14 Cup, giving sustained visibility to clubs, players, parents and coaches throughout the season. TFP will also continue their work as Volunteer of the Month sponsor for 2026/27, providing year-round brand visibility through Somerset FA’s campaign celebrating the volunteers who keep grassroots football running.

Built specifically for grassroots football, TFP offers clubs far more than just a payment platform. Their football-focused system helps clubs streamline day-to-day operations through automated payment collection, online registrations, and fundraising support, alongside access to development resources covering grants, volunteer recruitment and facility development.

Phil Cowen, Head of Partnerships at TFP, said: “We’re proud to renew our partnership with Somerset FA and continue supporting clubs across the county to become more sustainable and robust. Becoming Headline Sponsor of three of Somerset FA’s Youth County Cups, including the Women’s Junior Cup, is a fantastic opportunity to back the growing girls’ and women’s game at grassroots level, and we’re equally proud to continue supporting the volunteers who make grassroots football possible.”

Dan Eustice, Football Development Officer at Somerset FA, added: “We’re delighted to renew our partnership with TFP for another season. Since working together, they’ve shown real commitment to supporting grassroots clubs across Somerset, with a number of our clubs using their platform. They can help reduce volunteers’ administration and give clubs access to valuable development resources. It’s brilliant to have TFP’s support across our County Cup competitions as well as continuing as sponsor of our Volunteer of the Month campaign. We’re really looking forward to continuing to work closely with Phil and the wider TFP team throughout the season.”

The renewed partnership will continue to give Somerset FA affiliated clubs access to TFP’s tailored club development support, educational resources and innovative tools, helping clubs operate more efficiently and focus more time on players and growing the game.
