Kings Hill Football Club’s Seamless Transition to TeamFeePay: Less Admin, More Efficiency

Managing registrations for a club as large and active as Kings Hill F.C. – with 75 teams and more than 900 members – is no small task. When their existing system became too labour-intensive and inflexible, the club knew it was time for a change. “We’re a large club with around 75 teams, so we were a bit apprehensive about moving our entire registration process to a new platform. Our previous system had become too labour-intensive, and we needed something more flexible and responsive. That’s when we began looking for a new solution. We trialled a few platforms and TeamFeePay appeared to be the best fit for our needs in terms of payment functionality, reporting, ease of use for the user and the admin as well as reliable support from the TeamFeePay team.”

“We haven’t been disappointed. The Onboarding team have been extremely helpful in getting all 75 teams set up, along with three different payment options for each player category. They answered my many – and often very obvious – questions promptly and with complete professionalism (even when they probably wanted to call me an eejit!).

The registration process was pretty seamless with nearly all 900+ members managing to sign up on their first attempt, resulting in significantly less admin for the club when it came to registering players, assigning payments, and verifying who had paid. TeamFeePay handles most of this automatically, with the odd intervention from me if a member selects the wrong team or forgets to add a card payment.”

“I’ve had a few questions along the way, and because our method of collecting membership fees is a bit ‘out of the norm’, we’ve all been learning how to make it work as a team. He always has a solution, no matter how unusual my request may be, and is quick to jump on a call with a friendly, can-do attitude, making the whole experience really positive.
