We recently had the pleasure of catching up with Tracey Sandy who is the Club Chairperson from Park Regis JFC, a passionate grassroots football club serving their local community.
Tracey and her team of volunteers have built the club from the ground up, turning what began as a small training club into a thriving junior and adult football pathway. Over the years, they’ve seen players progress from juniors to the adult team, with some even spanning multiple generations of the same family.
The club also gives back to the community through initiatives like the annual Harrison Staines Memorial Charity Tournament, which has raised £18,900 for Young Lives vs Cancer (CLIC). Tracey’s vision is clear: to continue providing the best local football experience for everyone involved.

Q:What issues were you facing before joining TeamFeePay?
Collecting fees from parents and chasing up owed payments was a challenge. Keeping an up-to-date register of teams and players was tricky, especially with player changes. I also wanted to move the club forward digitally, making governance and documents transparent and accessible. Finally, I hoped to encourage more volunteers to get involved and help run the club.
